Sales Manager / Client Support Specialist

Location: Tbilisi / Batumi or Remote (Georgia)
Employment: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00)
Compensation: Competitive, based on interview

What you will do

Handle inbound calls and requests; advise clients on product range and technical features
Visit customers, run meetings and negotiations, close deals and prepare contracts
Maintain CRM records, prepare quotations, manage order flow and documentation
Coordinate with engineering for technical proposals and delivery timelines

What we expect

Experience in B2B sales (technical products preferred) or strong motivation to learn
Technical education or proven familiarity with industrial equipment is a plus
Confident PC skills; clear written and spoken communication
High customer orientation, initiative, and goal focus

PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer

Location: Remote / Batumi or Tbilisi (Georgia)
Employment: Full-time (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00)
Compensation: Competitive, based on interview

What you will do

Program and debug PLCs (focus on Mitsubishi Electric; FX/L/Q/iQ-R)
Design HMI screens (GOT via GT Designer3); configure SCADA where applicable
Perform commissioning and FAT/SAT; prepare technical documentation
Collaborate with electrical and process teams to deliver turnkey solutions

What we expect

Hands-on experience with industrial automation (PLC/HMI/Drives)
Knowledge of GX Works2 / GX Works3 (or similar IEC 61131-3 environments)
Experience with Mitsubishi preferred; Siemens/Schneider considered an advantage
Clear technical communication; ability to work independently

Nice to have

HMI/SCADA experience (MX4, E-Designer, or equivalents)
PC programming skills (C/C++/C#, Delphi, Python, etc.)
